You still can’t make 10 keepy ups? Your coach never taught you how to juggle properly? Or maybe you’re not confident with your touches and have no consistency in your work with the ball? Proplay Juggling will help you to solve all these issues and will show you how to get it from 1 to 100 just in one month.
Correct juggling is the fundamental technique of a football player. We will analyze how to touch the ball correctly with all possible parts of our body. Our second season involves 4 training sessions, full of a variety of technical drills that are designed to improve your proper football touches.
